Erin O'Briant

Erin O'Briant

President

A recognized expert in creativity and human-centered innovation, Erin is a two-time author, former English professor, and ex-Googler. She first learned design thinking as a grad student at Stanford University and was among Google’s first in-house design thinking facilitators. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Goddard College and an MLA from Stanford University.

Dan Guttmann

Dan Guttmann

Executive Vice President

Dan began his career with Quad Graphics, where he handled major contracts with Fortune 500 companies. He left to coach business owners in systems and marketing before returning to Florida State University in 2016 to earn a master’s degree in Social Work. Dan also has a Master of Technology degree in Print Management.

Ethnographer

A certified ethnographer, Cliff conducts qualitative research for O'Briant Group clients and leads the GSU Graduate Fellows Program. He owned a top entertainment and events company for more than a decade.

Anett Kaden

Anett Kaden

Executive Assistant

Anett previously served as an Executive Assistant for the McKinsey Group. An avid surfer, Anett speaks German, Spanish, and English. She handles logistics for the O'Briant Group team.


EDU Facilitators

Our extraordinary team of educational leaders facilitates O'Briant Group sessions in design thinking and Google Applied Digital Skills for school systems throughout North America. They also consult with school systems on ongoing innovation projects. 

 

Dr. Lee Green, Google Certified Innovator

Dr. Lee Green

Lead Facilitator

Lee is a Google Certified Innovator who holds an Ed.D. from the University of West Georgia. He has served in a variety of roles, including Game Design teacher and Director of Technology. Also pictured: Safi, the OG mascot.

Donna Teuber

Donna Teuber

Facilitator & Consultant

A Google Certified Innovator and experienced program designer, Donna brings extraordinary depth of practice in sustainable culture change. She holds a master’s degree in Library Science.

Anna Baldwin

Anna Baldwin

Facilitator

Anna is a Google Certified Trainer with a master's degree in Secondary Mathematics Education and Certification in Secondary Administration. She has extensive experience working with pre-service and in-service teachers.

Hollie Sisk

Hollie Sisk

Facilitator

A Google for Education Certified Innovator and Trainer, Hollie serves as the Director for the Instructional Support and Resources Center at Georgia Southern University. She holds master's degree in instructional technology.
