President & Co-Founder
O'Briant Group President Dan Guttmann has helped some of the world's greatest companies and educational systems solve their biggest challenges. He began his career with Quad Graphics, where he handled major contracts with Fortune 500 companies. Dan left to coach business owners in systems and marketing before returning to Florida State University in 2016 to earn a master’s degree in Social Work. Dan also has a Master of Technology degree in Print Management.
Lee Green, Ed.D.
Vice President, Education
Lee leads O'Briant Group for Education, including design thinking for K-12 educators and OG's Google Applied Digital Skills offerings. He is a Google Certified Innovator who holds an Ed.D. from the University of West Georgia. Lee has served in a variety of roles, including Game Design teacher and Director of Technology. Design Researcher & Ethnographer
A certified ethnographer, Cliff conducts qualitative research for O'Briant Group clients and leads the GSU Graduate Fellows Program. He owned a top entertainment and events company for more than a decade.
Anett is an expert in business management and executive support who previously served as an Executive Assistant for the McKinsey Group. An avid surfer, Anett speaks German, Spanish, and English. She handles logistics for the O'Briant Group team.
Maurice Black, Ph.D.
Maurice Black is a writer, editor, and content strategist with extensive experience in publishing, education, and the nonprofit sector. He holds a PhD in English literature from the University of Pennsylvania.
Innovation Project Lead
Xavier is a senior innovation specialist with expertise in building emerging technologies programs, implementing agile methodologies and developing solutions through design thinking. He most recently served as chief of operations of Verizon Labs' AR/VR incubated startup. Xavier is a certified PMP and Scrum Master.
Jon Ann Lindsey
Content & UX Strategist
Jon Ann has developed global user-focused content strategy for some of the world's top companies, including Google, PayPal, and Netflix. She was a longtime reporter and editor at the San Jose Mercury News.
Anna Baldwin, Google Certified Trainer
Anna holds a master's degree in Secondary Mathematics Education and Certification in Secondary Administration. She has extensive experience working with pre-service and in-service teachers.
Carrie Fisher Siegmund, Google Certified Innovator
A former teacher and instructional technologist, Carrie holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Development from the University of Georgia. She serves as a regional Director of Innovation and Learning Design.
Hollie Sisk, Google Certified Innovator & Trainer
A Google for Education Certified Innovator and Trainer, Hollie serves as the Director for the Instructional Support and Resources Center at Georgia Southern University. She holds master's degree in instructional technology.
Meet the Founder
Erin Quinn O'Briant
A recognized expert in creativity and human-centered innovation, Erin is a two-time author, former English professor, and ex-Googler. She first learned design thinking as a grad student at Stanford University and was among Google’s first in-house design thinking facilitators. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Goddard College and an MLA from Stanford University.
