Meet our team

Erin O'Briant
Erin O'BriantPresident
Erin learned design thinking as a grad student at Stanford University and was among Google’s first in-house Design Thinking facilitators. A former classroom teacher and two-time author, she has led Design Thinking labs since 2013. Erin has two master’s degrees, one in Creative Writing and another in Liberal Arts.
Dan Guttmann

Dan began his career with Quad Graphics, where he handled major contracts with Fortune 500 companies. He left to coach business owners in systems and marketing before returning to Florida State University in 2016 to earn a master’s degree in Social Work. Dan also has a Master of Technology degree in Print Management.
Donna Teuber
Donna Teuber Head of Programs
A Google Certified Innovator and experienced program designer, Donna brings extraordinary depth of practice in sustainable culture change. She holds a master’s degree in Library Science.
Cedric Hall, Jr.
Cedric Hall, Jr. Communications Manager
Cedric manages the O’Briant Group’s social media, PR, and branding. A Howard University graduate, he helped restructure social image for brands including Seagram’s Gin and dished on both cultural and local experiences for Complex Magazine among other media platforms.
Cliff Trammell
Cliff TrammellBusiness Development Manager
An entrepreneur and event expert, Cliff has owned a top entertainment and events company for more than a decade. He is earning a degree in Cultural Anthropology at Georgia State University and is a certified ethnographer.
